No. 41 under authority of Order in Council No. 154/99 , approved and ordered
February 3, 1999. This has been confirmed by British Columbia Regulation
No. 37/99 published in Part II of the British Columbia Gazette. The City of New Westminster was constituted as Integrated Survey
Area No. 49 under authority of Order in Council No. 155/99 , approved
and ordered February 3, 1999. This has been confirmed by British Columbia
Regulation No. 38/99 published in Part II of the British Columbia
Gazette. The boundaries of Kamloops Integrated Survey Area No. 23 have
been enlarged under authority of Order in Council No. 153/99, approved
and ordered February 3, 1999. This amendment has been confirmed by British
Columbia Regulation No. 36/99 published in Part II of the British Columbia
Gazette. The boundaries of Burnaby Integrated Survey Area No. 25 have been
enlarged under authority of Order in Council No. 1477/98 , approved and
ordered December 3, 1998. This amendment has been confirmed by British
Columbia Regulation No. 429/98 published in Part II of the British Columbia
Gazette. The official plans and NAD83 (CSRS) consolidated coordinate listings
are on record in the appropriate Land Title Office and respective municipality.
Survey plans within these new integrated survey areas must be prepared
using NAD83 (CSRS) derived grid bearings. There will be a grace period
until June 1, 1999 for surveys which are largely already completed. We
urge surveyors to use NAD83 (CSRS) coordinates on all plans prior to June
