Required E-filing necessitates the electronic filing of certain land title documents and plans
The first phase of requirements to file certain land title documents and plans electronically pursuant to section 168.111 of the Land Title Act came into full effect on January 16, 2012 and Phase Two is effective on May 7, 2012. Upon completion of all phases, most documents and plans will be filed electronically with a very small number filed manually in hardcopy form.
