The Mission of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is to create confidence by delivering assured land title and land survey systems essential to the property market and economic foundation of British Columbia.

EFS Training Qualified for Law Society of BC's Continuing Professional Development

Effective January 1, 2009, all full and part-time practising lawyers in British Columbia must complete a minimum of 12 hours of approved Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program education activities annually.

The LTSA's EFS training is now approved by the Law Society of BC for two hours of CPD credits.

Getting started on EFS is inexpensive and easy. The LTSA and BC OnLine offer training at your office or via the Internet and ongoing telephone support, both at no cost to you. Training can be arranged by calling the BC OnLine Helpdesk at (800) 663-6102 or (250) 953-8200.

Read the FAQs on the Law Society of BC's website for more information about the new Continuing Professional Development Program requirement.
