The Ministry of Finance has authorized a new Property Transfer Tax Form (Version 20). The updated form is available for download from the Land Title and Survey Authority's Electronic Filing System (EFS) accessed on BC OnLine or at www.ltsa/EFS under Electronic Form Templates.
