New Text Identifies Electronic Forms Submitted to the LTSA with Accompanying Declaration(s)

Effective today, the image of any electronic form submitted to the Land Title Office with accompanying Declaration(s) or subsequent Corrective Declaration(s) will be imprinted in the upper right corner with the text "Declaration(s) Attached".

The addition of this new text is intended to bring immediate awareness to both LTSA Examiners of Title and customers that an electronic form has been submitted with a Declaration and, where applicable, attached supporting documents.

Where a Corrective Declaration has been submitted to amend a previously submitted electronic form, this new text will ensure the reader reviews the document with knowledge of the amendment in mind. A document submitted prior to June 10, 2010, but with a subsequently submitted corrective declaration(s), will also be imprinted with the new text.
