Support for Acrobat Version 9 Now Available for EFS

New versions of Forms are now available from Electronic Form Templates in EFS. The new versions of the electronic forms and the current Form 17 Fee Simple Version 3, Charge or Notation Version 3, Cancellation of Charge or Notation Version 4 are supported by EFS using Adobe Acrobat Versions 6 through 9.
As Adobe no longer supports Acrobat Version 6 this is the last set of forms which will support Version 6 in EFS.
Forms Enhancements
- Form A Version 15 - new schedules with expanded text space in Form D Additional signatures
- Form B Version 15 - new schedules for Item 3 and with expanded text space in Form D Additional signatures, Item 8 Other field "auto" shrinks-to-fit to display all data
- Form C Charge Version 15 - new schedules for Item 3 with expanded room in the Additional Information and with expanded text space in Form D Additional signatures
- Form C Release Version 15 – NEW! Nature of Interest Waiver of Right of First Refusal plus new schedules for Item 3 with expanded room in the Additional Information and with expanded text space in Form D Additional signatures
- Claim of Lien Form Version 15 (Builders Lien Act) - expanded the field in item 3. to 3 text lines.
- LTO Survey Plan Certification Version 4 - Instructions / Information text box allow for 3 lines of text in Acrobat V6 to V9
The following new forms should also be downloaded from Electronic Form Templates. (Please note that there are no significant visible changes to these forms however some changes have been made to the EFS functionality of the forms.)

Enhanced Request Plan Number
The layout of the Request Plan number screen is now separated into three distinct functions:
- Request New Plan numbers for Land Title Act and Strata Plans and Survey Plans to be submitted to the Surveyor General
- Request an Assigned Plan Number Report
- NEW! Delete a Previously Assigned Plan number to remove unused plan numbers from circulation. (Surveyors are cautioned that when a plan number has been removed it is irreversible.)
