The Mission of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is to create confidence by delivering assured land title and land survey systems essential to the property market and economic foundation of British Columbia.

Forms for Manual Filing

The Land Title Act authorizes the Director of Land Titles to approve forms that must be used by applicants when making applications under the Act. The legislation which established the LTSA in 2005 included a transitional provision that all forms in existence were deemed to have been approved by the Director of Land Titles. These forms continue in force until changed by the Director of Land Titles.
