The Land Title and Survey Authority's (LTSA) three-year Business Plan flows from the LTSA's strategic direction. Publication of the Business Plan is an important part of the LTSA's public accountability and fulfills the legislative obligation to make an updated Plan available publicly prior to the start of each new fiscal year (April 1).
The Business Plan outlines the initiatives and operational tactics that the LTSA will use to achieve its strategic objectives and priorities. Meeting service timelines will continue to be a high priority, and the LTSA is focusing on business transformation through system and process improvements to continue meeting customers' evolving needs and to improve services.
The Business Plan has been approved by the LTSA's Board of Directors and is supported by the LTSA's Stakeholder Advisory Committee.
The LTSA annually completes over one million title transactions, over 13,000 private land survey plan registrations, about 1,750 Crown land survey plan approvals, and at the province's direction, issues approximately 300 Crown grants.
