Starting September 2, 2009, customers can access the LTSA's new search and retrieval as well as Electronic Filing System (EFS) services in one place on BC OnLine. After clicking on the menu option "Land Title and Survey Authority" on BC OnLine's main selection page, both LTSA services can be accessed by selecting the options on the navigation bar located on the left side of the LTSA welcome page.

Launched in February 2009, the updated title search and document retrieval system reflects a modernized web site design and improved customer-usability standards. Now similar in appearance to the LTSA's EFS, it replaces a system that was built over 20 years ago. The LTSA and BC OnLine have been working with users to ensure that their transition to the improved system is successful.
