TO ALL BRITISH COLUMBIA LAND SURVEYORS

Re: Integrated Survey Area No. 37 City of Port Alberni, Amended Official Plan

The boundary of Integrated Survey Area No. 37 was amended by order of the Surveyor General on November 28, 2005 under section 12(1)(b), Part 2 of the Land Survey Act.

The official plan is an electronic map published on the Land Title and Survey Authority website at the following address: http://www.ltsa.ca/isa/pdf/isa37.pdf

Cadastral surveys lying within the amended integrated survey area must now comply with Part 2 of the Land Survey Act and to the General Survey Instruction Rules to British Columbia land surveyors.
