TO ALL BRITISH COLUMBIA LAND SURVEYORS
Re: Access to Records & Service and Product Charges
Effective April 1, 2006, the Surveyor General Division of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC is adopting a direct access policy for qualified researchers who regularly conduct research in the survey plan and field note vault at 3400 Davidson Avenue, Victoria, BC. For your convenience, an application form is attached to this letter. If you regularly attend 3400 Davidson for research purposes, please complete and return your application to this office by March 31, 2006.
Also attached is a listing of the Service and Product Fees for Records Distribution Services effective April 1, 2006.
Remote users who are invoiced for services are now required to complete and submit a credit application. A copy of this application is attached. Please return the application to this office by March 31, 2006.
