Crown Grant and Field Notes Order Form
Ordering Instructions
When ordering copies of historic Crown grants, the fee is $19.35 per Crown grant up to 60 pages. A Crown grant can consist of a single page or several pages, however the fee is always $19.35 per Crown grant, after 60 pages the charge is $0.30 per page.
To order a paper copy of a Crown grant or field notes, print the form found at the link below. Enter the Volume Number and Grant number for each Crown grant you require, calculate the total fee, then mail the order form to the address shown on the form. You must include full payment with each order. Please make your cheque payable to Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.
