The Mission of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is to create confidence by delivering assured land title and land survey systems essential to the property market and economic foundation of British Columbia.

ESP Customers

Legal survey plans can now be filed electronically with a Land Title Office or the Crown land registry. There is no longer a need for a physical plan. An Electronic Survey Plan (ESP) can be transmitted through the Internet and teh consents and approvals can be gathered in the same way.
