Diane Friedman is a business and finance advisor with more than 25 years experience in commercial lending, subordinated debt and mezzanine financing, and corporate finance advisory services. Diane works with private company entrepreneurs helping them raise capital, advising on merger and acquisition transactions and assisting with business improvement. Working with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and business advisors, Diane helps business families navigate the issues that face their families. These include implementing and navigating family business structures, issues facing family-held operating businesses, family legacies and philanthropic endeavours.

Diane is the Vice Chair of the LTSA Board of Directors and chairs the Audit and Finance Committee at the LTSA. Diane serves on the boards of King David High School (Treasurer) and the Hebrew Free Loan Association of Vancouver (Past Chair). Diane's past board service includes Community Living BC, Jewish Family Services, the Victorian Order of Nurses (BC), the Association of Women in Finance, and the Women’s Technology Financing Network, the latter of which Diane was a founder.

Diane has a Commerce Degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a major in Urban Land Economics. She completed the Certificate in Family Enterprise Advising at the Sauder School of Business and is a past recipient of the Young Leadership Award from the Jewish Federation of Vancouver.
