Customers are advised the myLTSA system will be available on Saturday, November 28 from 6:00am to 8:00pm. An extended system maintenance window will then be in effect from 8:00pm Saturday, November 28 to 11:59pm Sunday, November 29 in order to activate the LOTR system.
LOTR will be available at or shortly after 12:01am on November 30, 2020. A LOTR filing is required when making an application to register an interest in land as defined in the Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA). Land title applications can still be submitted through the Electronic Filing System during regular system hours beginning at 6:00am on November 30, 2020.
