The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) will be surveying myLTSA users this month, with results expected to be published by the end of November 2018.

This Customer Survey is one of several means used by the LTSA to achieve accountability and transparency. It measures customers’ satisfaction with LTSA services and how well the LTSA fulfills its promise as a trusted source of property information.

Sentis Market Research will be conducting the brief survey on the LTSA’s behalf.
