The Ministry of Finance Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Return Version 31 is now in effect. It is available for download from the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) website or through the myLTSA portal.

Please be reminded that a fully completed Version 31 PTT Return form must be electronically submitted for all taxable transactions on or after September 17, 2018.
