The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is changing front counter service hours in all Land Title Offices (LTOs) effective May 1, 2018. The new service hours will be from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Service hours for the myLTSA portal and customer phone support remain the same.

Customers can still search for records outside of these office hours by registering for a myLTSA Explorer account.

myLTSA Explorer access enables users to:

  • Request registered titles, State of Title Certificates, documents and plan images
  • Search records by:
    • Parcel Identifier (PID) or title number
    • Document and plan number
    • ParcelMap BC Search
