As announced on July 25, 2019, the Director of Land Titles has issued revised versions of all land title form templates which contain new electronic signature certification statements.

  • Customers should use the new forms if the date of execution is on (or after) November 15, 2019. The new forms cannot be submitted until November 15, 2019.
  • Customers should use and submit the existing forms if the date of execution is prior to November 15, 2019.

Customers using myLTSA Enterprise can download the new and existing versions of all land title forms from the Download Form Templates section. 

In addition to different version numbers, new versions of the land title forms show an effective date of Nov/15/2019, while the existing versions list an older date in the Effective Date column.
