[Resolved] System Alert: LOTR Credit Card Transactions —

RESOLVED May 14, 2021 Customers using myExplorer accounts for LOTR search requests and other transactions may be experiencing a technical issue with the processing of credit card payments resulting in orders being unfulfilled. [Resolved] System Alert: Scan on Demand (SOD) Delays —

RESOLVED 10 May 2021: The technical issue impacting Scan On Demand requests has been resolved. Some delays will continue today as we work to resolve the order backlog. Thank you for your patience.

Customers are advised that Scan on Demand (SOD) requests assigned to LTSA’s Kamloops or Victoria offices are currently on hold due to a technical issue. Delivery of these SOD requests will be delayed until the issue is resolved. SOD requests assigned to our New Westminster office are not affected.

From 8:00pm to 11:00pm, a system maintenance window is being used to activate the search function of the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR). The myLTSA service will resume regular hours at 6:00am on Friday, April 30, 2021.

System Alert: Duplicate Packages in myLTSA —

Customers are advised that an issue in Web Filling has caused duplicate land title documents to be generated in myLTSA. Duplicate documents will be remotely deleted by the system before end of day.
