Please be aware that LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters are open by appointment only. A new booking and visiting procedure is in place to protect the safety of our customers and staff. Validation Enhancements in myLTSA

LTSA is continuing to improve the myLTSA submission process to reduce defects and help increase the accuracy, efficiency and security of land title submissions. Today, customers will see two validation enhancements in myLTSA Enterprise:

  1. Customers will receive a validation alert when a Strata Lot conveyance is not accompanied by a Form F.
  2. Customers entering a transparency declaration identification number in Web Filing will be alerted when the Parcel Identifier (PID) from the Land Owner Transparency Registry filing does not match the PID on the land title filing.
