LTSA has updated the Strata Property Act Filing Form Practice Guidance to reflect changes to the application process for a Form P Amended Phased Strata Plan.
Under the new guidance, an application for a Form P Amended Phased Strata Plan must be made against the parent parcel and the strata plan, including all of the strata lots.
When entering the strata plan number in the Description of Land field, an abbreviated description of all strata lots may be entered in the legal description field along with the root legal description and plan number, as outlined in the below example:
