[Resolved] System Alert: Issues with LOTR —

Customers are advised that issues with the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) persist due to network impairment with our hosting provider. Customers who are required to file today with incomplete LOTR records are asked to email Technical Support at myLTSATechSupport@ltsa.ca

Land title packages that do not require LOTR records, along with all other land title transactions, remain unaffected.

Customers are advised there are intermittent issues with the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR). Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these issues. An update will be provided by 2pm.

[Resolved] System Alert: Property Transfer Tax Return Calculator —

Customers are advised there is a calculation issue affecting the Property Transfer Tax Return when a First Time Home Buyer or Newly Built Home exemption is claimed and the declared fair market value of the entire property is different from the total value of the property. The return calculator may not be generating accurate exemption amounts. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
