Effective December 19, 2021, an enhancement has been introduced to Form 17 (Charge, Notation or Filing). The filer’s selection of a fee or fee-exempt BC government application will now be noted on the Web Filing form. Customers are advised this is not a confirmation of fee-exempt status.
In addition, improvements were made to eliminate the duplication of the legal description on forms where a description of land is a data entry field.
